Biography
Paul Westphal is Head of Startup Programs at the Digital Innovation Centre Rostock and leads ACCELERATE:MV at the University of Rostock, supporting scientists and graduates in commercializing research into technology-driven startups.
With over 10 years of leadership experience, he has built programs such as SPiNOFF to foster deep-tech entrepreneurship in Northern Germany and beyond.
Passionate about strengthening Europe’s startup landscape, Paul is deeply engaged in ecosystem building, lean startup methodologies, and helping founders scale their ventures from idea to growth.
