Biography
Milind Phulse is a seasoned Supply Chain and Operations leader with over 30 years of experience driving transformation across global enterprises. He currently serves as Chief Procurement Officer and Management Board Member at Linde Wiemann Group in Germany, leading global procurement, IT, and integration functions for the Tier-1 automotive supplier.
Previously, Milind held senior leadership roles at RR Global (Dubai), ThyssenKrupp (Germany & India), Philips Electronics, Schneider Electric, and Frigoglass, where he managed global procurement programs exceeding €2 billion annually. His leadership has delivered significant cost savings, business process optimization, and large-scale digital transformation across Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa.
Recognized with multiple global awards, Milind has built sourcing hubs, spearheaded ERP implementations, and enabled sustainable value practices. A Certified Professional in Supply Management, he is also a keynote speaker and guest lecturer, committed to advancing supply chain excellence and sustainable growth worldwide.
