Biography

Kavikrut is the CEO of T-Hub, one of the world’s leading startup incubators. He leads its mission to nurture ideas, accelerate startup growth, and build world-class products from India for global markets.

Previously, he served as Chief Growth Officer at OYO, where he expanded the company’s footprint across 100+ cities in India, launched new ventures, and led its international foray into Japan in 2018 through a strategic partnership with Yahoo! Japan and SoftBank Japan.

Kavikrut began his career as the founder of a healthcare startup and went on to hold leadership roles at Amazon and the Piramal Group. His career reflects a balance of entrepreneurial drive and corporate experience, spanning new venture creation, business expansion, and strategic partnerships.

He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an MSc in Finance from BITS Pilani.
