Biography

Ferdinand Gehringer is a cybersecurity and security policy expert with extensive experience at the intersection of law, technology, and geopolitics.

He currently serves as Policy Advisor for Cybersecurity at the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung in Berlin, where he focuses on IT security legislation, critical infrastructure protection, national cybersecurity architecture, and cyber capacity building.

His expertise spans hybrid threats, disinformation, espionage, and cognitive warfare, with a strong foundation in international law and regulation.

Ferdinand has worked with institutions including the German Federal Foreign Office, the European Parliament, and leading law firms.

Fluent in German, English, Spanish, and French, he brings a truly international perspective to global security challenges.
