Biography
Saravanan Kesavan is Professor of Operations and Dean of the BITS School of Management (BITSoM) in Mumbai, India.
His research examines retail operations with a focus on responsible business practices, labor management, and automation, and has been published in top journals and featured in leading outlets including the New York Times and The Economist. He has received numerous teaching awards, including fourteen MBA Teaching All Star awards at UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
Dr. Kesavan earned his doctorate in Technology and Operations Management from Harvard Business School.
