Bettina Schaller is President of the World Employment Confederation and Senior Vice President, Head of Group Public Affairs at The Adecco Group.

A globally recognized labour market advocate, she has built Adecco’s global public affairs function and leads strategic initiatives on policy advocacy, labour market intelligence, ESG, and Responsible AI.

At WEC, she represents the $700 billion workforce solutions industry, shaping employment and education policies worldwide.

Bettina also holds leadership roles at the OECD, the B20, and the World Economic Forum, driving inclusive and future-ready work agendas. Fluent in six languages, she is consistently recognized among the most influential leaders in global staffing.
