Dr. Alexandra K. Mikityuk is the Co-Founder & CEO of Staex, an award-winning software company redefining IoT with Web3 tools for secure, decentralized, and scalable connectivity. She also serves as Chairwoman of BerChain e.V., positioning Berlin as a global hub for blockchain innovation.

With over a decade of entrepreneurial and technical leadership, she advises startups as a mentor at Techstars and sits on the Advisory Board of the German Energy Agency’s SET Hub, supporting energy transition innovation. Formerly a Professor of IT Cryptography & Security, Dr. Mikityuk bridges deep technical expertise with ecosystem-building to drive digital transformation.
